1. مَن يُشغّل التطبيق

تطبيق «سليم» («التطبيق») تُشغّله شركة SANTA CO L.L.C-FZ، وتعني كلمة «نحن» في هذه الشروط شركة SANTA CO L.L.C-FZ.

2. قبول هذه الشروط

بإنشائك حسابًا أو باستخدامك التطبيق، فإنك توافق على شروط الاستخدام هذه وعلى سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا. وإن كنت لا توافق، فيُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

3. الأهلية والسنّ

يجب ألا يقلّ عمرك عن 18 عامًا لاستخدام سليم. الخدمة موجّهة للبالغين.

4. حسابك

  • أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرّية بيانات دخولك وعن أي نشاط يجري عبر حسابك.
  • حساب واحد لكل شخص. لا تشارك حسابك مع غيرك.
  • قدّم معلومات دقيقة، وحافظ على تحديث ملفك الشخصي ليعمل التطبيق على نحو صحيح.

5. نطاق الاستخدام والتنبيه المتعلق بالسلامة — يُرجى القراءة

يقدّم التطبيق معلومات تتعلق بالتغذية ونمط الحياة فقط. وهو ليس نصيحة طبية، ولا يشخّص أي حالة، ولا يصف علاجًا.

  • لا يقدّم سليم رعاية صحية ولا ينشئ علاقة علاجية. ولا يُغني أي محتوى أو جلسة لنمط الحياة داخل التطبيق عن رعاية مختصك الصحي المرخّص.
  • قد تكون تقديرات الذكاء الاصطناعي خاطئة. فتقديرات السعرات والعناصر الغذائية والخطط المُنشأة آليًا ما هي إلا نقطة بداية. اطلب من مختصك الصحي المرخّص مراجعة أي تغييرات كبيرة إذا كانت لديك حالة مرضية مثل السكري، أو الحمل، أو مشكلات الكلى أو ضغط الدم، أو أي خطر يتعلق باضطرابات الأكل.
  • استشر مختصك الصحي المرخّص دائمًا قبل إجراء أي تغيير كبير في نظامك الغذائي أو نشاطك البدني أو أدويتك.
  • تنبيه الطوارئ: التطبيق ليس مخصّصًا لحالات الطوارئ. إذا واجهت حالة طبية طارئة، فاتصل فورًا بخدمات الطوارئ في بلدك.

6. العضوية الرقمية والمدفوعات

  • سليم مجاني للتثبيت. تسجيل الطعام والماء والوزن يدويًا مجاني. تشمل الحصة المجانية الجديدة 7 تحليلات ناجحة لصور الوجبات كل أسبوع، وتُصفّر يوم الاثنين الساعة 00:00 بالتوقيت العالمي UTC دون ترحيل المتبقي. يعرض التطبيق موعد التجديد بتوقيتك المحلي. وقد يحتفظ العملاء الحاليون بحصة سابقة أكبر وفق شروطهم الأصلية.
  • سليم بلس اشتراك شهري اختياري يتجدد تلقائيًا ما لم تُلغِ التجديد. يشمل 150 تحليلًا ناجحًا للصور لكل فترة فوترة مدفوعة ومتحقق منها. يظهر السعر المحلي الحالي والمدة الشهرية وشروط التجديد قبل الشراء. لا تُرحّل الحصة غير المستخدمة. للأدوات الأخرى حدود مستقلة يوضحها التطبيق؛ حصة الصور لا تعني استخدامًا غير محدود لكل أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
  • يستخدم الاشتراك الرقمي Apple In-App Purchase على iOS وGoogle Play Billing على Android. نتحقق من معاملة المتجر ونربط الوصول بحساب سليم الذي اشترى الاشتراك. تستعيد «استعادة المشتريات» الوصول المؤهل بعد التحقق؛ ولا تُعيد ملء الحصة أو تبدأ فترة فوترة جديدة.
  • أدر التجديد أو ألغِه من اشتراكات حساب Apple أو اشتراكات Google Play، حسب المتجر الذي دفعته. يستمر الوصول عادةً حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة بعد إلغاء التجديد، إلا إذا أبلغ المزوّد عن استرداد أو سحب للصلاحية. تخضع فترات السماح وتعليق الاشتراك وانتهائه لحالة المتجر؛ ولا تمنح فترة السماح حصة 150 جديدة دون تجديد مدفوع ومتحقق منه.
  • لا يمنح الشراء المعلّق أو المرفوض أو غير المتحقق منه صلاحية. اتبع النتيجة المعروضة أو راسل support@saliim.co بدل تكرار الدفع. اطلب استرداد مشتريات المتجر عبر المتجر الأصلي؛ وتسري قراراته والقانون المعمول به دون المساس بحقوقك القانونية.
  • الخدمات البشرية منفصلة عن بلس. الإضافة الجديدة المؤهلة موعد مباشر بين شخصين، يُدفع عبر بوابة الدفع المعروضة، دون تسجيل أو إعادة مشاهدة. لا تمنح عضوية رقمية ولا تُعيد ملء حصة الذكاء الاصطناعي. الدفع للخدمات البشرية غير متاح حاليًا؛ ولن يُعرض شراء جديد قبل جاهزية الدفع والتوافر وكامل تفاصيل الخدمة.
  • تحتفظ الخدمات المشتراة والتسجيلات المأذون بها واتفاقات الدفع السابقة بشروطها الأصلية. لا يحوّل هذا الإصدار شراءً مكتملًا محدد المدة إلى اشتراك متجدد، ولا يُلغي الوصول المتبقي لخدماته.
  • حذف حساب سليم لا يُلغي اشتراك المتجر ولا يطلب استردادًا. ألغِ التجديد لدى المتجر الأصلي قبل الحذف إذا أردت وقف الرسوم المستقبلية. وأدر أي اتفاق سابق مستقل لدى مزوّده الأصلي.

  • قد تتغير الأسعار المستقبلية وفق إجراءات الإشعار والموافقة لدى المتجر. تعرض شاشة شراء المتجر السعر الذي ينطبق على المعاملة.

  • تحجز التحليلات قيد المعالجة جزءًا من حصة الصور حتى تأكيد النتيجة أو تحريره عند فشل مؤكّد. وقد تحتاج النتيجة غير المؤكدة إلى مساعدة الدعم لحسمها؛ ولا تُحسب تحليلًا ناجحًا. تجنّب إرسال الطلب المعلّق نفسه مرارًا.

7. الخدمات البشرية والتسجيلات القائمة

  • الإضافات الجديدة المؤهلة للبوابة خدمات مباشرة بين شخصين فقط. يجب عرض المزوّد أو الدور وعدد المواعيد ومدتها وتوافرها وصلاحيتها وشروط الإلغاء والاسترداد قبل الدفع. لا تشمل محتوى رقميًا مدفوعًا أو حصة ذكاء اصطناعي أو تسجيلًا أو إعادة مشاهدة. تبقى غير متاحة حتى جاهزية التفاصيل وخدمة الدفع.
  • تحتفظ باقات VIP وغيرها من الخدمات المشتراة بجلساتها ونوافذ المتابعة المتفق عليها. وتحتفظ جلسات VIP المشتراة مع أحمد الخطيب بالتوجيه المباشر إليه. إذا تعذّر على المزوّد حضور موعد مشترى، تواصل مع الدعم لترتيب موعد بديل أو استرداد مناسب عبر قناة الدفع الأصلية، وفق الإجراءات والقانون.
  • لا يمكن للمواعيد الجديدة المباشرة فقط عبر البوابة بدء تسجيل سحابي أو إصدار صلاحية إعادة مشاهدة، حتى بطلب المشاركين. ولا تتوفر لها ميزة تسجيل بديل على الجهاز أو لقطات فيديو عن بُعد.
  • للخدمة السابقة المؤهلة للتسجيل، تبدأ المكالمة دون تسجيل، وتلزم موافقة الطرفين المسجّلين للدخول صراحةً لكل مكالمة قبل بدء التسجيل. يمكن لأي طرف الرفض أو إيقاف التسجيل اللاحق مع استمرار المكالمة. وتبقى التسجيلات السابقة المأذون بها متاحة وفق قواعد الوصول الأصلية.
  • قد تُستخدم التسجيلات المؤهلة والمأذون بها للإعادة والتفريغ والتحضير والمتابعة المصرح بها كما توضح سياسة الخصوصية. لا يمحو إيقاف التسجيل الوسائط أو المعالجة السابقة. اطلب الحذف عبر support@saliim.co أو إجراء حذف الحساب؛ وقد توجد سجلات للمدة والموافقة منفصلة.

8. الاستخدام المقبول

أنت توافق على ألا:

  • تعكس هندسة التطبيق أو تكشط بياناته أو تتجاوز حدود الحصص أو الوصول.
  • ترفع صورًا أو معلومات عن أشخاص آخرين دون موافقتهم.
  • تضايق الموظفين أو المستخدمين الآخرين، أو تسيء استخدام ميزات جلسات التغذية ونمط الحياة.
  • تُعيد بيع التطبيق أو محتواه أو توزيعه أو تستغلّه تجاريًا.
  • تستخدم التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني.

9. محتواك والترخيص الممنوح لنا

  • تحتفظ بملكية الصور والملاحظات والمعلومات الصحية وغيرها من المحتوى الذي تقدّمه.
  • تمنحنا ترخيصًا محدودًا غير حصري لمعالجة محتواك لغرض تقديم الخدمة فقط — بما في ذلك التحليل بالذكاء الاصطناعي، وإنشاء الخطط، والتفريغ النصّي، ومراجعة فريق خدمة التغذية ونمط الحياة المخصّص لك — على النحو الموضّح في سياسة الخصوصية.

10. الملكية الفكرية

التطبيق وتصميمه والعلامة التجارية «سليم» وقوالب الخطط ومحتوى أحمد الخطيب المُعلَّم بعلامته مملوكة لنا أو لمرخِّصينا، ومحميّة بموجب القانون. وأنت تحصل على ترخيص شخصي غير قابل للنقل وقابل للإلغاء لاستخدام التطبيق في غرضه المقصود.

11. خدمات الأطراف الأخرى

يستخدم التطبيق مزوّدين منهم Supabase، وGoogle Cloud / Vertex AI والتخزين السحابي، وFirebase Cloud Messaging، وAgora، وفوترة متجرَي Apple وGoogle، وResend، وخدمة التعرّف على الكلام في نظام التشغيل، وSentry عند إعداده. وقد تستخدم مدفوعات الويب أو المسارات السابقة Tap Payments والبنوك. وقد يُعالَج الإملاء على خوادم مزوّد نظام التشغيل. وتسري أيضًا شروط المزوّد وإشعار خصوصيته ذوا الصلة. ولسنا مسؤولين عن خدمات لا نتحكم فيها، مع مراعاة القانون المعمول به.

12. إخلاء الضمانات

يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» و«بحسب توافره»، دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية، بما في ذلك الملاءمة لغرض معيّن. ولا نضمن أن يكون التطبيق متواصلًا دون انقطاع أو خاليًا من الأخطاء، ولا أن يحقّق أي تقدير أو خطة نتيجةً معيّنة.

13. حدود المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حدّ يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية، ولا عن خسائر ناتجة عن انقطاع الشبكة أو خدمات الأطراف الأخرى. وتقتصر مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي مطالبة على المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابل التطبيق خلال 12 شهرًا السابقة للمطالبة.

14. التعويض

توافق على تعويضنا وإبراء ذمّتنا من أي مطالبات تنشأ عن سوء استخدامك للتطبيق، أو مخالفتك لهذه الشروط، أو انتهاكك لحقوق أي طرف آخر.

15. الإيقاف والإنهاء وحذف الحساب

  • يجوز لنا إيقاف الوصول أو إنهاؤه بسبب الإساءة أو الاحتيال أو مخالفة الشروط.
  • يمكنك التوقف عن الاستخدام وطلب حذف الحساب من الإعدادات / الحساب ← حذف الحساب، أو تعليمات الحذف العامة، أو بمراسلة support@saliim.co. وقد نتحقق من هويتك.
  • لا يمكن التراجع عن إزالة الحساب بعد اكتمالها. إزالة الدخول وإزالة البيانات المرتبطة من التخزين أو المزوّدين خطوتان منفصلتان؛ ولا نَعِد بمحو كامل ولحظي. وقد تبقى سجلات محدودة عند لزومها قانونيًا أو للمحاسبة أو الأمان أو النزاعات، كما توضّح سياسة الخصوصية.
  • لا يُلغي الحذف اشتراك المتجر ولا يطلب استردادًا تلقائيًا ولا ينهي اتفاق دفع سابقًا تديره جهة مستقلة. راجع القسم 6.

16. القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ولأنظمة منطقة ميدان الحرة بدبي، دون اعتبار لقواعد تنازع القوانين.

17. التغييرات على هذه الشروط

يجوز لنا تحديث هذه الشروط. وسيُعلَن عن التغييرات الجوهرية داخل التطبيق، ويُحدَّث التاريخ أعلاه. واستمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التغيير يعني قبولك للشروط المحدَّثة.

19. شروط إضافية خاصة بمتجر Apple App Store

تُطبَّق هذه الشروط الإضافية عند تنزيلك التطبيق من متجر Apple App Store:

  • هذه الشروط مبرمة بينك وبين SANTA CO L.L.C-FZ فقط، وليست مع Apple. وApple ليست مسؤولة عن التطبيق أو محتواه.
  • لا تتحمّل Apple أي التزام بتقديم أي صيانة أو دعم للتطبيق.
  • إلى الحدّ الذي يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمّل Apple أي التزام بالضمان بخصوص التطبيق، وتقع علينا — لا على Apple — مسؤولية أي مطالبات تتعلق بالتطبيق (بما في ذلك مطالبات المسؤولية عن المنتج، أو الامتثال القانوني والتنظيمي، أو حماية المستهلك).
  • تُعدّ Apple وشركاتها التابعة مستفيدة كطرف ثالث من هذه الشروط، ويحقّ لها إنفاذها تجاهك.
  • تُقرّ بأنك لست موجودًا في بلد يخضع لحظر من حكومة الولايات المتحدة أو مُصنَّف بأنه «داعم للإرهاب»، وبأنك لست مُدرَجًا على أي قائمة حكومية أمريكية للأطراف المحظورة أو المقيّدة.

1. Who operates the app

The Saliim app ("the app") is operated by SANTA CO L.L.C-FZ. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean SANTA CO L.L.C-FZ.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

3. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 18 years old to use Saliim. The service is intended for adults.

4. Your account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
  • One account per person. Do not share your account.
  • Provide accurate information; keep your profile up to date so the service works correctly.

5. Lifestyle-use and safety notice — please read

The app provides nutrition and lifestyle information only. It is not medical advice, it does not diagnose any condition, and it does not prescribe treatment.

  • Saliim does not provide healthcare or create a clinician-patient relationship. Nothing in the app or in a lifestyle-coaching session replaces care from your own licensed clinician.
  • AI estimates can be wrong. Calorie and macro estimates and automatically generated plans are starting points only. Ask your own qualified clinician to review significant changes if you have a medical condition such as diabetes, pregnancy, kidney or blood-pressure issues, or any eating-disorder risk.
  • Always consult your own licensed clinician before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or medication.
  • Emergency notice: the app is not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.

6. Digital membership and payments

  • Saliim is free to install. Manual food, water and weight tracking are free. The new free allowance includes 7 successful AI photo analyses per UTC calendar week, resetting each Monday at 00:00 UTC, without rollover. The app shows the reset in your local time. Existing customers may retain a larger legacy allowance under their original terms.
  • Saliim Plus is an optional monthly subscription that renews automatically unless canceled. It includes 150 successful AI photo analyses for each verified paid billing period. The current localized price, monthly term and renewal terms appear before purchase. Unused photo allowance does not roll over. Other AI tools have the separate limits shown in the app; photo allowance is not an unlimited general AI budget.
  • Digital subscriptions in the iOS app use Apple In-App Purchase; Android uses Google Play Billing. We verify the store transaction and link access to the purchasing Saliim account. Restore Purchases recovers eligible verified access; it does not refill usage or start a new billing period.
  • Manage or cancel renewal through the store that charged you: Apple Account subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Cancellation normally preserves access until the paid period ends, unless the provider reports a refund or revocation. Store grace, hold and expiry decisions govern access; a grace period does not create a new 150-photo allowance without a verified paid renewal.
  • Pending, declined or unverifiable purchases do not grant access. Follow the displayed result or contact support@saliim.co rather than paying repeatedly. For store refunds, use the original store's process. Store decisions and applicable law apply; statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
  • Human services are separate from Plus. A qualifying new add-on is a live one-to-one appointment paid through its displayed external gateway, with no recording or replay. It does not grant digital membership or refill AI usage. Human checkout is currently unavailable; no new service purchase is offered until checkout, availability and the complete service terms are ready.
  • Existing purchased services, authorized recordings and legacy payment agreements retain their original terms. This release does not convert a completed fixed-term purchase to automatic renewal or remove its remaining service access.
  • Deleting your Saliim account does not cancel a store subscription or request a refund. Cancel with the original store before deletion if you want to stop future charges. Manage any independent legacy agreement with its original provider.

  • Future prices may change under the relevant store's notice and consent procedures. The store purchase sheet shows the price applicable to the transaction.

  • Analyses still processing reserve photo allowance until a result is confirmed or a definite failure releases it. An unconfirmed result may need support to resolve it; it is not counted as a successful analysis. Avoid repeatedly submitting the same pending request.

7. Human services and existing recordings

  • New eligible gateway add-ons are live-only, one-to-one services. Their provider or role, number and duration of appointments, availability, expiry and cancellation/refund terms must be shown before checkout. They include no paid digital content, AI allowance, recording or replay. They remain unavailable until those details and the payment service are ready.
  • Existing VIP and other purchased service packages retain their purchased sessions and agreed follow-up windows. Previously purchased VIP sessions with Ahmed Elkhateeb keep their direct routing. If a purchased provider cannot attend, contact support to arrange rescheduling or an appropriate refund through the original payment channel, subject to applicable procedures and law.
  • New live-only gateway appointments cannot start cloud recording or issue replay access, even if participants request it. There is no on-device recording fallback or remote video snapshot feature for these appointments.
  • For an existing service that includes recording eligibility, calls start unrecorded. Both authenticated participants must explicitly agree for that call before recording begins; either may refuse or stop future recording while the call continues. Authorized older saved recordings remain available under their original access rules.
  • Eligible consented recordings may be used for authorized replay, transcription, preparation and follow-up as described in the Privacy Policy. Stopping capture does not erase earlier media or processing. Request deletion through support@saliim.co or the account-deletion process; call-duration and consent records may exist separately.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass quota or access limits.
  • Upload photos or information about other people without their consent.
  • Harass staff or other users, or misuse the coaching features.
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app or its content.
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

9. Your content and license to us

  • You keep ownership of the photos, notes, health information, and other content you submit.
  • You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the service — including AI analysis, plan generation, transcription, and review by your assigned lifestyle and nutrition service team — as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual property

The app, its design, the brand "Saliim", plan templates, and Ahmed Elkhateeb's branded content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

11. Third-party services

The app uses providers including Supabase, Google Cloud / Vertex AI and cloud storage, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Agora, Apple and Google store billing, Resend, your operating system's speech-recognition service, and Sentry when configured. Existing web or legacy payment paths may use Tap Payments and banks. Dictation may be processed on the operating-system provider's servers. Relevant provider terms and privacy notices also apply. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, subject to applicable law.

12. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate or plan will achieve a specific result.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from network outages or third-party services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the app, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

15. Suspension, termination, and account deletion

  • We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
  • You may stop using the app and request account deletion from Settings / Account → Delete account, through public deletion instructions, or by emailing support@saliim.co. We may verify your identity.
  • Completed account removal cannot be undone. Removing sign-in access and removing all associated data from storage or providers are separate steps; we do not promise an instantaneous complete purge. Limited records may remain where necessary for legal, accounting, security or dispute purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.
  • Deletion does not cancel a store subscription, request a refund or end an independently managed legacy payment agreement. See section 6.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app and the date above will be updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

19. Apple App Store — additional terms

These additional terms apply when you download the app from the Apple App Store:

  • These Terms are between you and SANTA CO L.L.C-FZ only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
  • Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app.
  • To the extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the app, and any claims relating to the app (including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, or consumer-protection claims) are our responsibility, not Apple's.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
  • You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as "terrorist-supporting", and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
